PUEBLA, México, June 27th, 2007.- Volaris airlines opened its third Shuttle terminal, now in this city. Customers in Puebla can reach, after landing, every local bus station (CAPU and 4 Poniente) using this Shuttle service.
In this event attended the Secretary of Tourism of Puebla, Juan José Bretón Ávalos, the Mayor of Puebla de Zaragoza, Dr. Enrique Doger Guerrero and Volaris’ CEO, Enrique Beltranena.
Now, this Shuttle service connects Volaris’ customers between Terminal Virtual 4 Poniente bus station, CAPU bus station and Puebla airport. This trip takes only 30 minutes on each way.
Volaris’ CEO, Enrique Beltranena also mentioned that the airline is offering, since 2006, two similar Shuttle services: Between Mexico City (at Santa Fe area) and Toluca airport; and between Downtown San Diego (Santa De Depot), CA and Tijuana Airport.
Beltranena said “to Volaris, Puebla is a very important State, that’s why next July we are opening two new destinations from this city besides Tijuana. Puebla - Cancun and Puebla- Hermosillo.
On March 13th, Volaris got one year of life in the mexican domestic market. Today, with a brand new fleet, twelve Airbus A319, Volaris offers flights to 15 destinations in Mexico: Toluca, Aguascalientes, Cancún, Culiacán, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, León (Bajío), Los Cabos, Mérida, Mexicali, Monterrey, Morelia, Puebla, Tijuana y Villahermosa.
